Comfortlink Healthcare provides compassionate, dependable in home care designed to help individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Our team works closely with each client and family to provide personalized support based on their individual needs. Services may include personal care, companionship, homemaker services, respite care, medication reminders, assistance with activities of daily living, and skilled nursing services when ordered.
ADULT DAYCARE
Comfortlink Adult Day Health provides a safe, supportive daytime setting for adults who need supervision, personal care, socialization, and health monitoring. Our program offers engaging activities, meals and snacks, assistance with daily needs, nursing oversight, and caregiver support while helping participants remain active, independent, and connected to their community.
RESIDENTIAL LIVING
Comfortlink Healthcare is a leading Alternative Living Service Provider. We assist with placement and management of residents in licensed Personal Care Homes throughout the state of Georgia. Every home includes a bedroom, three meals a day plus snacks, medication management, and personal care such as help with dressing, eating, bathing, grooming and toileting. Companionship, activities and recreation, housekeeping and laundry, and transportation are arranged around each resident’s needs.

STAFF TRAININGS
Here at Comfortlink Healthcare we employ Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Home Health Aides, and Personal Care Assistants. We take great pride in providing trainings for our staff to properly provide care to your loved ones and stay up to date on continuing education.
